Clinical Leadership
All senior clinical staff hold doctoral degrees, while supervisor staff have Masters degrees. Both senior clinical and supervisory staff hold the BCBA designation. The BCBA designation is a National Board Certification in Behavior Analysis that stands for "Board Certified Behavior Analyst." BCBAs have educational, practical, and experiential experiences typically offered in specialized graduate training programs.
