Christina Barosky, MA, BCBA
Christina Barosky is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a certified special education teacher who holds a Masters degree from Columbia University in Applied Behavior Analysis and a Bachelors degree from Northeastern University in Human Services.
Previously, Christina worked in schools that followed the Comprehensive Application of Applied Behavior Analysis to Schooling (CABAS) model in the New York City metropolitan area. In those schools she used Discrete Trial Training (DTT) to teach academic and social skill goals and completed assessments to determine the student's current level of verbal behavior.
Christina's primary services include implementing real time data collection procedures, 3-Step Prompting, Effective Instruction Delivery (EID) in the classroom, and conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
Her research interests include the discipline of Applied Behavior Analysis, functional behavior assessment, treatment of severe behavior problems, parent/teacher/paraprofessional training in ABA, and effective teaching strategies in the classroom.
