• BISTÅ staff contacts your insurance company to verify your eligibility and benefits

• BISTÅ calls to schedule your intake with one of our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Intakes are schedule for about 1 week after insurance verification.  In other words, from the time you call BISTÅ until the time services begin is about 1 week.
